How to book

You can book a Tales hotel in two ways: 

  • Send your booking enquiry directly to the property using the contact details available in the Tales Directory. Please note, in order to get your commission and the agreed amenities for your customers, it’s important that you qualify as a Tales Hotels Collection Agent Member.

  • Send a booking enquiry to the hotel via the Tales Concierge team, who can help you get the best room available as well as organize transfers and experiences on site. When booking with Tales Concierge, your customers may get access to additional benefits.

Parity Rates

When booking a Tales Hotel, you can be sure of booking at the best possible rate.If, for any reason, a hotel doesn’t honour the agreed rate, please report this immediately to tc@talescollection.com.  

Cancellation 

We know that plans may suddenly change overnight, that’s why all Tales hotels offer flexible rates that allow you to make changes or cancellations - and rest assured that these will always be the best possible tariffs.

Commission

You will earn a 12% commission on every booking, calculated on the room rate.Commission payments vary depending on the way you submit your bookings:

  • when you book with the hotel directly, you will receive your commission from the hotel

  • when you book via Tales Concierge, you will receive your commission from Magellan Ltd, London
