The vineyard, not just rows of vines from which the grapes mature during the year. For us it is much more: history is relived amid the vines; it's like hearing and seeing how our predecessors, with their work, effort and passion, created a strong relationship with nature. We learnt how to respect the earth by watching their experience. The tradition is renewed in the vineyard every year.
